Dr. Taira and Dr. Sentell founded Talk Story Health LLC in 2024 following the recognition that health innovation and health care are too often overlooking local communities, women, and the importance of human connection. This deepens health inequities, which are unjust and expensive, costing the US health care system over $421 billion annually.
Leveraging their decades of scientific expertise in health care, public health, pharmacy, health literacy, health economics, and other relevant areas, Drs Sentell and Taira founded Talk Story Health LLC to improve the health innovation landscape to increase trust and foster human connections and wellbeing for all.
